Damage Claims

On occasion a shipment will sustain damage in transit. It is important that you examine the shipment on arrival, and if damage is found that you save all packaging materials. To make a claim, please contact customer service within 15 days of receiving the shipment.


In the event that you wish to return a product for reasons other than damage, please contact customer service for a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). This number must be prominently marked on all return shipping labels in the shipment. Be sure to package the product carefully in the original packing materials, as we cannot give credit for returned goods damaged as a result of poor packing. Note that we cannot accept product that is either shopworn or has adhesive price tags attached. Please email our Sales Department for the nearest warehouse shipping address.

Net 30 – Credit terms require an application for credit. To apply for open credit terms please click here for a form and return it by email fax to 603.727.9787 with your credit reference sheet attached.

Your card is charged the day your order is shipped. If your order contains back-ordered items, the back-ordered portion will not be charged to your account until the item(s) become(s) available.
