Returns & Shipping Information
You may return unused merchandise within 30 days of receipt of the product for a full refund of the cost of the item. Merchandise must be unopened and in its original packaging. You will need a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). To obtain an RMA number please contact our customer service at 603-727-9788 ext. 603 or email your order number and the item(s) you wish to return at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Final sale items and used merchandise will not be accepted for returns.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to process. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. We are closed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed during those periods (for example: after 12:00PM EST on Friday) will be processed on the next business day.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders totaling $50 or more. Shipping options are as follows (delivery estimates are for the contiguous US only):
